I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Stars and Strikes (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Very thorough interview process, to say the least. Started with an initial group and panel interview, which was actually not as bad as I was expecting, considering there were 9 other people interviewing against a panel of the company's directors. The questions involved a lot of personality prompts. Within a week I was called in to interview with a General Manager. Pretty standard interview. I was then asked back for a panel interview with the directors and owners. Finally, I was invited back for a final interview with a Director and a General Manager of a different location.
Small panel interview of three people. Questions were based off of reading my resume and identifying competency.
Biggest issue is that they do not follow up post interview. A short email stating they are searching for another applicant would suffice.
