I asked some basic questions like How do you make money (Hardware sales of robots, Robots as a Service (ie SaaS) and was told well answer that stuff in your call ten days from now. From three follow-up 7 days later and find out the hiring manager is traveling internationally but we’re still on for a call a week later. When I ask why not confirm it now for that time frame. I’m told all Calls are on hold because of his travel and then I get an email over the weekend saying we’ve found another candidate we’re moving forward with. Absolutely clueless and unprofessional from the jump. I would not have relocated for this company that’s clearly lighting $’s On fire not knowing what direction they’re going in or if they do the recruiter (internal) didn’t know it or demonstrate it.
