Interview
It was virtual and they made me feel at ease with their questions. Common customer service questions were asked. Then asked personality questions as well. They gave me the opportunity to then ask them questions about the work load and the company.

It was a pretty easy interview. Interview was through zoom. The interview lasted about ten minutes. The interviewer asked questions about my past experiences with previous employers. They asked was I comfortable with a fast paced and high call volume environment.

They were friendly, easy , to the point and polite. Interview was smooth and they were able to answer all the questions I had. Every contact made before and after were fast and easy. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the process in general.

I did two interviews and was offered the job the next day. Both were on zoom. In the interview they asked basic questions as well as star method questions. I read a lot of bad reviews so I’m not sure how this process will go but hopefully it’s well. They send all equipment.
