Very Thorough. They had a pool of over three hundred and fifty applicants for just six positions. The first interviews were done over the phone. There were five HR representatives who all asked questions. They mostly wanted to get to know me and why I applied. The last interview was with the field support representative I would be working directly with. He was very nice and we got along well.
It was an easy interview process for the intern position. There was first a 15 minute phone interview, then a hour long in-person interview, then I was hired at the company
