Applied and was contacted for the interview relatively quickly via phone call, but the interviewer was looking for someone very qualified, if that was the case, he should have screened my resume first.

Quick and simple. The program was easy to use and you had two retakes. The interview website also allowed you to practice some sample questions before beginning the interview, which was very helpful.
