Question 1
How would you handle an Agent that has been in business for 40+ years and lead them to make a huge change in their day to day practices?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2019
Interview
I applied on their site. In the past I had a HireVue interview which was recorded and then a skype interview, and I wasn't offered the job. This time I didn't do the recorded interview, but did get offered a Skype interview within 1-2 weeks of applying. When offered the job, they weren't willing to negotiate, although I earned 20k more than what they were offering. It was unfortunate because I wanted the job!
