There was no interview. They hired me straight from college because I went to a Top CS School. I did an internship in the summer and the hiring managers that hired me for my internship asked me to apply full time and I got a response

Multi round with technical round more so a background knowledge test on the tech stack the team uses. no coding problems. 3 interviewers in technical round, quite nice and welcoming.

The HR sent me an email and asked if I am interested about an opening position with an invited link. I applied thourgh the link and then got the hire vue interview invitaion. It is just recording videos and sharing experiences.
Hire Vue video Interview, but they get back to you pretty quickly. They are trying to get through a lot of applicants and it is obvious in their hiring process.
