Started with a skills test. Upon passing that, I had a video interview scheduled. Then I got a phone interview a few days later. The phone interview was basically just the recruiter talking to me about the job for an hour. A few hours later, she called me back with a job offer.
The whole process was very weird and rushed. I had the choice between Auto ILR and Express... Word of advice: Don't trust a recruiter that won't let you speak during the interview. I would of loved to ask more questions and get a clearer understanding of the job. The interview does not match the job.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
