I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at State Farm (Naperville, IL) in Jul 2020
Interview
Face to face interview with the agent first. Then a second interview with the rest of the workers in the office. They both were about an hour long each. It was overall a positive experience and was worth the time.
The process was fairly average. They had 2 people interview me at the same time. It was a great experience, HR was extremely nice and understanding. They actually listened to what I had to say , more conversation style .
