Must be able to multitask and handle heave phone calls. Position also requires supporting office staff and organizing office supplies and filing paperwork. Pretty standard reception job. Good for those who like to organize.

Fill out an assessment asking a variety of questions, which isn't too hard. It goes over math skills, social awareness, and behavioral questions. They then do a screening call where they will talk to you for 3-5 mins. Asking about Salary, why them, and thats about it.

It was very simple interview process with a couple of basic questions probably around 5 different questions all via phone call that I got to schedule a time slot for.

I was quickly contacted by a contacted by a recruiter after applying. The interview wasn't central time, so it was at 7 a.m. The recruiter asked if I was bilingual..after completing the application, I would think they would review the information. Anyway as quick as our conversation was, I received a rejection letter, I believe on the same day.
