I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
1. HireVue
2. Panel Interview
Both pretty straightforward, brush up on soft skills and basic data structures and string algorithms. Only one coding question in HireVue, the rest are behavioral. Convey your interest in a specific part of Software Engineering/Data Science.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One string parsing question that asked to capitalize words in a sentence.
Started with a HireVue after I passed resume screen. Had a few behavioral questions with ~2-4 min to answer, and then a technical section in the middle. The question wasn't very difficult and I passed all tests, then the next page was explaining my approach.
Ghosted + rejected a month after finishing the HireVue.
The Easy Process recruitment process consisted of an online assessment and a final round interview. Don't remember the questions but I think they cared about the thought process more than the solution
Two interviews. First online through HireVue and second zoom call. Both technical and behavorial questions. My question was a Leetcode medium. Most important thing they look for is problem solving
