Very laid back and they make you feel very comfortable. They asled the usual interview questions. Explain what the job title is and what they do that you have applied for and make sure that after the explanation of job title, you still want to persue said job.

Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
