Straightforward, simple questions, licenses mandatory before starting. In office no opportunity for hybrid or remote. Phone interview is before in person interview at the branch. Be prepared to answer why you want to work for StateFarm.
It was a phone interview, it went well however I didn't make the cut. The interviewer said that that's common as a lot of people apply and encouraged me to apply again in a few months stating many that work there apply multiple times before getting hired.
