HireVue can be naturally an anxiety heightener, then you interview with two executives, but they are very nice. Just be yourself, the company wouldn’t reach out to you if they thought you wouldn’t be intellectually apt.

Met the recruiters at career fair, got invited for a first round on-campus interview with some of the financial operations team, got an e-mail for a second round interview at Corporate headquarters in Bloomington about a day or two later. Second round interview is with an AVP and a director all within Financial Operations. Received my offer the day of!
