I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2022
Interview
I applied online for the position. Received an email with a request to do an assessment the next day. After doing the assessment (which was just a typing assessment) I Received an email the next day to do a virtual interview with Hirevu. I was super nervous about it as it felt awkward speaking to your computer and not a person. It gives you unlimited attempts to practice, I highly recommend doing so. It asked 5 questions that you answer. Then I waited over a week to hear anything else. The next thing I got was a request from a recruiter to setup a time to chat. I then got ready for more interview questions but didn't need to since that call was just about the job, pay, benefits, training, etc. He offered the job and I accepted! Now onto the background ✔️

I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA)
Interview
Virtual recorded interview is first after passing typing test. Second, interview is with an HR Rep. It is not a full interview but giving an over view of the position and expectations. After that is discussed, you are asked if the job is something you are still interested in. Offers are sent in writing.
I first received a 7 question hirevue video interview. I didn't hear back after 2 weeks so I responded with one of the emails with a follow up. A day later I received an email for "candidate conversation" which was very relaxed. After that I had an interview with two questions regarding claim processing and was offered the job the next day.

Question 1
A question regarding how would I handle a claim where claimant was not providing documents for a claim.
Very simply. I went through a virtual interview. This was my first time doing one of these. The process was simple. I thought it was helpful in preparation for the real thing.
