I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Bloomington, IL) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a nice conversational interview, the interviewers were very nice and outgoing. They really went out of their way to make the interview as unstressful as it could be.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was there ever a time a balance between work and school become too burdensome? How did you resolve it?
Started with a HireVue after I passed resume screen. Had a few behavioral questions with ~2-4 min to answer, and then a technical section in the middle. The question wasn't very difficult and I passed all tests, then the next page was explaining my approach.
Ghosted + rejected a month after finishing the HireVue.
The Easy Process recruitment process consisted of an online assessment and a final round interview. Don't remember the questions but I think they cared about the thought process more than the solution
Two interviews. First online through HireVue and second zoom call. Both technical and behavorial questions. My question was a Leetcode medium. Most important thing they look for is problem solving
