Applied online, was offered a pre recored interview through HireVue. I was reluctant, but chose to continue. HireVue claims to reduce biases by using AI to review response, but State Farm has actual recruiters review your responses. If this is the case, why can't they have regular interviews? An interview is a conversation and gives the candidate the opportunity to ask questions as well. This process is insulting and shows lack of consideration for the candidates' time. I would encourage others to refuse participating, I wish I had.
