I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It took about two weeks from applying to the initial video interview. I interviewed in person. I did not interview with any attorneys. It was just the office administrator and a legal secretary. They asked me questions but did not feel like I was seriously being interviewed. It was like going on the kind of interview where they already knew who they were going to hire but was just going through the process to say they interviewed people. I was not surprised after an almost month delay that I did not get the position.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Sandy Springs, Fulton, GA) in Sep 2025
Interview
This was a very drawn out interview process. About 3 months and 3 interviews and they didn’t offer me the position. The recruiter also couldn’t provide any feedback on why I wasn’t chosen. The interviews went well and were straight forward. I work on the plaintiff side at the moment so Im not sure if this is why I didn’t get the job.
First you do a video interview, where you record yourself answering questions. Then, they reach out for an in-person interview before a panel of various job roles in that office
