I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm in Apr 2020
Interview
Questions were simple and similar to the video interview. No need to be stressed. Managing clarity is most important. Do dress business casual for the video interview. I met with a manager that had 30 years of service. The HR specialist screening the interview was a great person to meet as well. All information key to understanding schedule and expectation should be conveyed. However, definitely ask and confirm your needs will be accommodated.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
