My specific agent asked me a couple of questions then proceeded to talk about what it would be like working for him. Questions included biggest strength, how i would be a valuable asset, etc

How would you contribute to expanding our clientele?
Met with the owner and we discussed lifestyle to see if we would be a personality match. I met everyone in the office and everyone was so nice. We discussed what the insurance companies needs are and how to best serve the community.
