I was interviewed once by 3 people. They were all nice and fair with their questions. They all asked different questions and engaged in the interview even when one of the others would ask a question. All of the interviewers were not part of management. They actually allowed your peers to interview you. They asked you questions that you had to elaborate on and allowed you to ask questions. It was not unlike other interviews.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
