First time I went in, I had to take an IQ/basic skills test as well as a personality test on a computer. Pretty easy stuff. I was contacted to arrange an interview, which I had a week later. It was a 1:1 interview with an HR guy. Pure behavioral interview style. I found it really hard at the time because I had never done a behavioral interview, but in retrospect it probably wasn't that hard.
