I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Irving, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
Very easy but felt mechanical. They were clearly going through a checklist to make sure I could do the job but did not consider if it was a good fit, especially when I said that I did not want to be in a call center environment in any way for any period of time.
Was different but overall a good process. Had to go through typing test and then virtual questions before getting to actual interview. Virtual questions was a little different when looking at yourself in a camera.
