State Farm Marketing Intern interview questions

The interview process consists of many questions referring to background experience, how to provide value to the company, and future aspirations. They ask multiple questions related to this and then ask questions to see if you're a good fit with the culture.

Three interviews and an online assessment. First interview was conducted through a phone call, the second interview was in person, and the last interview was also through a phone call. One of the assessments was to show them how we handle customer complaints on the phone.
