State Farm Sales Associate interview questions

Very deceptive about the amount of cold calling and how repetitive the work was. They say it builds character but it just makes you feel like your a nuisance to everyone. Not very difficult to get hired as long as you can carry on a successful conversation.

I sent an email and [snail] mail cover letter, resume, and references. I was contacted by phone the next day to set up an interview. I was suppose to meet with the store manager however he got sick on the interview day. His boss was nice enough to interview me for him. The interview went well, I filled out additional paperwork for a position. He said he would have the manager call me. I was called back by the manager and set up another interview which I was hired at.
