Interview process is not much complicated, it was went very well. I have applied on line for the position which i am suitable, i got a call from recruiter and after that he scheduled an Interview with respective hiring mangers for three time with three difference people. Every one conferrable with my knowledge level and experience and then recruiter negotiated and we came to the agreement for salary and then offer letter was initiated.

Question 1
It's on mainly based on my previous experience rolls and responsibilities.
3 rounds with panel interview at the end presenting an investment topic. Process was relatively quick compared to other firms. Panel had managing directors for multiple business units. All via zoom. On-boarding takes a lonnnnggg time.
It's was smooth, hassle free, very cooperative, interviewer kept me informed about progress frequently, used to get timely response during the hiring process, there were 3 rounds of interview, both by onshore and offshore team
Great process and good people, very straightforward and they give feedback very quickly. a well managed process and i was very happy with the timeliness in which the offer came too
