I had a first interview by three people via video conference. The interview panel included the incumbent, the supervisor and an HR representative. They asked reasonable questions that had several parts. It was important to take notes while the questions were asked. I repeated back the questions to make sure I understood them correctly before answering. I felt good about my interview but I did not get an offer. They said they would let me know within a week. After three weeks or more there was no word so I reach out via email to
