All interviewees are asked the same list of questions, and in many cases are given time at the start of the interview to review the questions. The interview typically lasts between 20 min to an hour.

The entire interview process was pretty long. I had 3 interviews with an increasing number of panel interviewers each time. That was also after the four month waiting period after I initially applied for the job. I then had to pass a math and excel test.

The first interview was a formal panel interview via Microsoft Teams. Questions were provided for me to read on screen. I was given a few minutes to prepare my answers and then the interviewers took turns reading questions for me to answer from the provided list. The second interview was less formal -- more conversational.
