They ask general questions about how exactly you qualify and how you will add value to the unit. I would recommend being very direct with your answers and just excited to be there. The panel definitely noticed my positive body language.

The entire interview process was pretty long. I had 3 interviews with an increasing number of panel interviewers each time. That was also after the four month waiting period after I initially applied for the job. I then had to pass a math and excel test.
