Question 1
The interview lasts about 45 mins. The first part is a writing sample they ask a question something like how do you handle a customer who is upset about benefits who is being very belligerent with other customers in line waiting for assistance. You basically have to type out your response. Then the panel interview is with 3 people 5 questions that are provided for you to read along.
