Interview
I checked in with a clerk in the front of the office and I was told to take an assessment. The assessment included alphabetizing files by name and some math calculations on the next page. I was then brought in the interview room and interviewed by two employees. I was asked a total of 4 questions. I was given a tour of the warehouse and given a brief explanation of how things work. After the tour, I was told to wait in the front lobby while the interviewers discuss a possible offer. I was asked to sign a tentative offer letter and that I will get a call next week.
