The interview process that I went through was that I applied online, received a phone call asking if I would like an interview. It was scheduled on the phone. I arrived and was asked to fill out HR documentation. I was called in and interviewed by 3 people. One of the persons was getting a promotion and her position was the one I interviewed for.
