Interviews with the State are panel interviews. Questions are asked and points are given based on applicants response. Time is given to ask questions about the position and tell about yourself. The interview process for me was very comfortable. My advice would be to know what department you are applying for, and to be sure to know as much as possible about what you will be doing.
