Three phone interviews with different people from various different departments. Final interview was with three higher ups - I believe a some managers and Vice Presidents. The entire process felt very conversational. They asked about my experience, as well as personality questions as it seems like they wanted to get to know me. They also allowed for questions to be asked at the end of the conversation.
