I applied online. I interviewed at Stats Perform in Nov 2025
Interview
Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect the level of professionalism I expected. Before we even spoke, there were multiple scheduling issues caused by time zone mix-ups and last-minute reschedules. I stayed flexible and accommodating because I respected the opportunity and the recruiter’s time.
When we finally connected, the conversation itself was great. The recruiter was friendly, encouraging, and told me he was excited to move me to the next round. He said I would hear back within two business days.
I never heard anything.
I sent a thank you email right after the call, followed by a check-in, and another follow-up at the two-week mark. All of them went unanswered.
In a job market where candidates are expected to research a company, prepare thoroughly, and show respect for the interviewer’s time, it’s disappointing to see that same effort not reciprocated. Giving zero follow-up and not closing the loop is irresponsible and unnecessary. A simple update would have taken seconds and would have shown respect for the time I invested in this process.
I hope the company and recruiting team take this feedback seriously and do better moving forward.
