It was rushed with indications of a start date for a training class they had coming up. A 15 minute screening followed by a 30 minute interview, then a two hour case study where they have you take time out of your work day to do mundane tasks while they watch you, and then finally another two hours out of your work day for a final interview with four different people on their team. I don't know who they hire at this company; they've had open postings continuously and I've known other people be rejected here that were highly qualified and skilled individuals. After taking all that time with them, they will send you a bland rejection email with no helpful feedback and no option to reply.
