Interview
Initial interview is with recruiter, second round is with sales manager, 3rd round is with a founder of the company and 4th round is an on site where you see the day to day of an insurance agent in the company. They are very transparent about the entire job and training in the interview. You’re expected to know how to sale insurance and most insurance products to be considered. Lead volume is immense, all inbound and more than I’ve had at any other company. Pay is better than any company. Also get equity in the company.

Question 1
How would you rate your performance compared to your peers at your current job?
I applied online. I interviewed at Steadily (Arizona City, AZ) in Mar 2023
Interview
Several interviewers, from the recruiter to the manager to the CEO with shadowing/employee to ask questions about day to day. Very extensive and takes a few hours but they do warn you about that in advance. It’s more to learn about them to make sure you can handle the job.
I applied online and was emailed by a recruiter the next day with a scheduling link to pick an interview date some time in the next 3-4 days. When I talked to him, he was upfront about the pros and cons: high compensation, strong team, great company prospects, but long hours and high performance expectations.
