The interview process consists of a screen, a first interview with the Chief Marketing Officer, possibly followed by a project, a second interview with the company's co-founder, and then a day shadowing. At the end of this interview process, you may offered a job. However, I did not interview for the job because they changed my interview time. Long story short, I was scheduled to interview at 3:30 PM on a Monday, but Steadily changed my interview time without asking if I was available at a different time. Instead of reaching out to propose a new time, on Friday evening (3 days before the interview), they changed my interview to 11:00 AM. I received an email confirming the new interview time, but I had no idea how or why the time had changed. On Monday morning, I sent them an email canceling the interview.
