Light & fun. don't take yourself too seriously and you will be fine. Great for people just starting out in the food/beverage industry and high school or college students. Also, great way to speak to people casually.

I came fully dressed in uniform. They made me sit there for 3 hrs just to see if I had “patience” before actually coming to interview me. Luckily I got the job after meeting with the owner.
