First few interviews were with recruiters. Their process is definitely dragged out over a few weeks. I interviewed with Susan Summers her style is interesting. She never outlined the role, she wasn’t informative on how many locations were in the area and to how many were franchised. From my perspective she doesn’t like to be questioned and wants to direct the questions. However, her questions asked in my experience were very open ended with no focus point. She passed due to “lack of detail”. Interview was slotted for 30 minutes and it went the whole time via-zoom. When I heard from the recruiter they passed about missing details I asked for them to elaborate on that and they told me Susan provided none…. That ironic. I kindly followed up with Susan ti please provide feedback on what I missed so that I may know and she never responded to me. I would say this is unprofessional. Do better Susan, provide honest feedback for one’s improvement.
