Steampunk Technical Architect interview questions

Interviews were all easy, was offered a tentative job offer based on clearance, went through that full submission process and investigator interviews, then was met with complete radio silence. This was 8 months ago at this point, I still have no idea if my clearance was denied, the contract was lost, it's still awaiting adjudication, etc. I saw someone else post this as their experience, so know that this is a possibility for anyone who doesn't just get their interim on week 2. A tentative job offer here is extremely far from a sure thing.
