Il y a 3 ans+, j'ai passé tous les interviews chez Stefanini, mais ils ont pris leur temps pour m'embaucher. Le processus a pris environ deux mois. J'ai perdu mon espoir entre-temps et puis, ils m'ont appelé.
It was smooth. They told me about the role and the expected roles. They told me about the team and I was asked the expected salary. They said that it is out of their budget and th interview was done there.
Interview with HR, then PM, one technical, easy questions about how would you solve different problems regarding printers and computers, questions about windows, how would you react in some situations, how would you respond to difficult people
Technical interview was on a online platform with some basic software and hardware questions. Had about 30 min to answer, the last stage of the interview with team leader. Over roll, it was an easy process.
