Final stage (Group assessment) 1. I had to prepare a presentation about myself, share my favorite item from the collection, and discuss key moments in my life. 2. We were shown a video about the brand and its history, followed by questions about the content. 3. I had to act out an "interview" for the brand with a partner. 4. In a group assessment, we worked in teams of four to assess and rank four different CVs from most to least suitable. I wasn't selected for the role. The feedback was that I performed well but was considered "overqualified" (I have one year of recruitment experience). This is understandable, but it was frustrating to be invited to the final interview in London when they were already aware of my qualifications from previous conversations!! A word of advice: during the group task, be mindful that some people may try to take credit for your contributions. On a positive note, they personally call to share final feedback, even if it’s a rejection, rather than sending an automated email.
