Interview was quite short. Just a few behavioral questions. Nothing too crazy. Interviewers were nice and welcoming and were able to answer any and all questions I had for them.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stellantis (Detroit, MI) in Feb 2024
Interview
There was a phone interview which was just giving basic information to a third party that handles Stellantis's phone screens. This means that you won't be able to ask any questions directly related to the process. After that you go through an interview with the hiring managers if you pass the screening. The overall interview was very lax and they made me feel very comfortable. There were a few behavioral questions, but we also just talked about whatever topic came up. It is a very easy and effective interview, I would recommend working here.
