Virtual - I was emailed by HR and then interviewed with another “senior” employee with decades less experience than myself. Both individuals claimed they would send a follow up email and I was met with radio silence. The interview seemed to be following the bullets of the job description and asking me to explain my experience with each. The small bit the interviewer explained about the role made it seem like management refuses to improve processes.
