Step-By-Step CSW interview questions

Filled out online application via company website, was called in, filled out another application, was offered full time position because I had experience, was asked in front of people uninvolved in hiring what my previous position's salary was (illegal), salary for job was discussed in front of the same people (also illegal). Was told it was a low figure because my associates degree would not get me more than they were offering (total lie, because I was paid more at previous job), and management laughed at my choice of major (very unprofessional).
