About a week after applying, I received an email from the V.P. of Engineering to schedule a phone interview. The first phone interview was a little technical (basic programming concepts and Object-Oriented Programming fundamentals). After the phone interview, I received a email with a coding assessment attached to it. After I completed the assessment, it took about 1-2 weeks to hear back. I received a call from a team/project manager(the one I would eventually be apart of) and conversed about the role more and talked about the company culture(non-technical). I then set up a in person interview and took a Caliper test to see if my personality fit in with the companies culture. At the in person interview, I spoke to several members of the Sterling staff about the position and they answered any questions I had about the company, the industry or about the role itself. A little after the in person interview, I received a call from the V.P. of Engineering and was extended an offer for the position.
