I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sterling Medical Devices in Nov 2019
Interview
The Vice President of Engineering from Sterling Medical Devices emailed me to set up a phone interview. I emailed back with 2-3 days/times that worked best for me. It took him about a week to get back to me with the day he would be calling. The phone interview was mostly technical questions and lasted about 25 minutes.
Brutal interview questions. It felt like i was taking an expert level exam when in reality, the work is probably embedded like most other C++ jobs and not as much indepth C++
