We are sorry that you felt that our interview process was too long and rigorous, but please understand that we take every role, no matter what level, as a very important factor in our company’s success. One of the reasons our company has very little turnover is because we spend more time on the front end to assure that the role and the company are a good fit not only for our company, but equally for the candidate. Some companies take this process more lightly and cut corners in their interviews and then they wind up with more turnover, which can hurt a candidates resume and career over the long-run.
