I applied online. I interviewed at Stifel Financial (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
This was a typical IB process with the first step being a phone interview with a banker. This was almost entirely behavioral and why I was interested in IB. After that I was invited to a superday via zoom. sidenote: make sure to have good lighting for online interviews. The superday was the most stressful and intimidating with 4 Back to back interview with VPs or MDs. The questions were a mix of behavioral and technical, however it was very focused of technical. This part is difficult but you must be yourself and be confident in your knowledge.
