Interview
After scheduling through email, I got the first phone Interview to learn more about my candidate, my qualifications, and my interest in the role. It was about 20 minutes talking, do not need to be panic.
You submit a resume. The process takes about 4 weeks. Good people, all hard working FAs and CSAs who care about their clients. I think the environment is laid back not high stress.

Interview
One phone interview with HR at headquarters and then one in office interview. Phone interview was very easy, mostly background questions. In office was more in depth, with questions like why do you want to be here?

Interview
There were four total interviews. The first was semi-formal—behavioral interview questions. Second was with the advisor I would work with. Third was with the team. Fourth was with a manager I would report to. All interviews were personality-heavy. I was still nervous.
